Those who disobey Torah are cursed and also curse their children.

After those of us from the lost sheep of the house of Israel whom YHVH is busy calling to come out of mainly Christianity, came to realize how our past faith has influenced the world in which we live, because of the neglect of our fathers and indeed ours to teach our children the Torah teachings of YHVH the Elohim of Israel. We are truly the people the word of YHVH prophesied about through Jeremiah in Jeremiah 16: 19, saying: ‘O YHVH, my strength and my stronghold, and my refuge in the day of distress, to Thee the nations will come from the ends of the earth and say, “Our fathers have inherited nothing but falsehood, futility and things of no profit.”’

However, now that we became aware that Esau under the guise of the Roman Catholic Church and her protesting daughters has held the house of Israel captive for the past 1800 years, we answered (YHVH)’s call and came out of the clutches of Churchianity. But, we know that Satan and his agents are still busy deceiving the whole world, thereby ensuring that most are too blind to see the truth at this time, as witnessed in 2 Corinthians 4: 3 & 4, as follows: ‘And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, (4) in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Messiah, who is the image of Elohim.’ But more specifically as recorded in Revelation 12: 9, in this way: ‘And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.’ Considering that a large percentage of us who used to belief we can do and say whatever we want to, as long as we ‘believe’ in the false messiah’s love for us and the idea that if we confess our sins to our spiritual leader on a fairly regular basis we will all go to heaven at death. Others believed they could ask G-d to forgive them at any time in a short prayer, after which they may carry on living as before and they will be all-right, we realize how naïve most of us were? It was for this reason that Rav Shaul asked the lost sheep from the house of Israel in Galatia in Galatians 3: 1 (KJV), saying: ‘O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Yahshua Messiah hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?’ Rav Shaul a Pharisee from the tribe of Benjamin, who came to believe in Yahshua as the Messiah, knew as a Jew that the phrase ‘the truth’ meant Torah as identified in Psalm 119: 142, in this way: ‘Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and Thy law is truth.’ Rav Shaul also knew that when the word ‘live’ is used in the Tanach it essentially means that such a person will live eternally in the Promised Land as promised to our fathers in the faith and it was for this reason that he wrote in Galatians 3: 12 (KJV), saying: ‘And the law is not of faith: but, the man that doeth them shall live in them.’ However, he told these returnees in Galatia, but also those of us who are returning to the covenant we made with YHVH at Mount Sinai, together with the house of  Judah, that since Messiah became a curse for us by taking the punishment due to us upon Himself and died to redeem us from the judgement of Torah against us, but also to buy back the property we lost in the Promised Land due to idolatry, that we are once again heirs of Abraham through his one seed, Yahshua, through whom YHVH will also save the rest of mankind after the second resurrection. Yes, we are the proverbial heir spoken about in Galatians 4, who will inherit the piece of property our forefathers lost because of idolatry when we are resurrected as first fruits, when Messiah comes to rule the commonwealth of Israel and indeed the whole world from Jerusalem on the Feast of Trumpets one day in the near future.

This is confirmed in Galatians 4: 1 & 2, as follows: “Now I say, as long as the heir is a child, he does not differ at all from a slave although he is owner of everything, (2) but he is under guardians and managers until the date set by the father.” Rav Shaul used the law of inheritance to explain what Yahshua already did for us by mentioning a property, such as for example a farm, which a minor son of a farmer inherits when his father dies pre-maturely. In this case the father stipulated a date when the son turns 21 or 25, when he will officially become the owner of the farm. In the meantime the son is to work on the farm, to learn how to eventually, when he comes of age, become the farmer/owner. During the time that the son is under age, the father stipulated that guardians or managers be appointed to farm the land. During this period, the son does not differ from the slaves working on the farm, even though he being the heir of his late father is the legitimate owner of the farm. However, this talking about the way believers in Messiah from the lost sheep of the house of Israel (including a small number of real Gentiles), who lost their piece of the Promised Land because of spiritual adultery, become heirs according to the promise made to father Abraham, once again. We continue reading from verses 3 – 5, in this way: “So also we, while we were children, were held in bondage under the elemental things of the world.  (4) But when the fullness of the time came, Elohim sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law, (5) in order that He might redeem those who were under law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.”  To fully understand what Rav Shaul is talking about in Galatians 4, we need to determine what it means to be under the law. As explained before, the Law or Torah consists of commandments, statutes and judgments. Whereas the commandments give us a summary of all the rules and regulations according to which YHVH wants us to show our love and respect towards Him, as well as to our neighbors, the statutes provide additional details regarding the way we should obey each of the commandments and the judgments (or ordinances) specify the punishment due for transgressing the commandments. Accordingly, when you obey the commandments and statutes like the Torah observant members of the house of Judah have been doing since their return from captivity in Babylon about 2500 years ago, there are no curses, provided we repent and return to full Torah obedience after we sinned. As a result we are no longer under the (curses of the) law.  On the contrary, the judgments due to us from the lost ten tribes for transgressing the commandments, without understanding what sin was after being scattered into the nations of the world because of idolatry, when we lost our language, culture and faith and came to believe Torah to be obsolete, is death by stoning, but also the curses described in Leviticus and Deuteronomy 28, thus putting us under (the judgment of) the law. Nevertheless, after YHVH called us out of the churches of the world and we are immersed into Yahshua’s saving name, accepting that His death atoned for our past sins, He redeems us from the curses of the law. But, most of the members of the Israelite nations who continue to believe that they are nothing but Gentiles, do not know that unless they come out of the confusion preached by Churchianity, they will be part of the majority of our nations who will suffer severely during the coming great tribulation and the Day of YHVH.

Those of us who qualify to be in the coming kingdom of Elohim are the ones Isaiah prophesied about in Isaiah 10: 20 – 25, saying: ‘Now it will come about in that day that the remnant of Israel, and those of the house of Jacob who have escaped, will never again rely on the one who struck them, but will truly rely on YHVH, the Holy One of Israel. (21) A remnant will return, the remnant of Jacob, to the mighty Elohim. (22) For though your people, O Israel, may be like the sand of the sea, only a remnant within them will return; a destruction is determined, overflowing with righteousness. (23) For a complete destruction, one that is decreed, YHVH Elohim of hosts will execute in the midst of the whole land.  (24) Therefore thus says YHVH Elohim of hosts, “O My people who dwell in Zion, do not fear the Assyrian who strikes you with the rod and lifts up his staff against you, the way Egypt did. (25) For in a very little while My indignation against you will be spent and My anger will be directed to their destruction.” Rav Shaul was accordingly commissioned by Yahshua in Acts 26: 15 – 18 to inform those members of the lost ten tribes who believed they are Gentiles to return from the darkness of the world under Satan’s influence to the light and dominion of Elohim. Surprisingly enough, our Jewish Brothers are fully aware that Esau is Rome and that its yoke has been on the house of Israel since we were dispersed into mainly Europe after Assyria took us captive during 718 – 721 BCE. Because Esau had the same father as Jacob, the Christian Church which started in Rome uses the same Scriptures to deceive its millions of followers not to ‘Judaize’. This is why Yahshua offered us a better yoke in Matthew 11: 28 - 30 – to get to know The Father as He does. If we truly follow our Master Yahshua, it will rid us from the yoke of religious agendas and deception and we will do what Elohim requires of us. That is when we will truly serve YHVH our Elohim, as Jeremiah wrote in Jeremiah 30: 9, saying: “But they shall serve YHVH their Elohim, and David their king, whom I will raise up for them.’ Jeremiah continues to give Jacob’s children Elohim’s instructions to prepare for our soon coming birth pangs, in verses 10 - 17, saying: ‘And fear not, O Jacob My servant, declares YHVH, and do not be dismayed, O Israel; for behold, I will save you from afar, and your offspring from the land of their captivity. And Jacob shall return, and shall be quit and at ease, and no one shall make him afraid. (11) For I am with you,’ declares YHVH, ‘to save you; for I will destroy completely all the nations where I have scattered you, only I will not destroy you completely. But I will chasten you justly, and will by no means leave you unpunished.’ (12) “For thus says YHVH, ‘Your wound is incurable, and your injury is serious. (13) There is no one to plead your cause; no healing for your sore, no recovery for you. (14) All your lovers have forgotten you, they do not seek you; for I have wounded you with the wound of an enemy, with the punishment of a cruel one, because your iniquity is great and your sins are numerous. (15) Why do you cry out over your injury? Your pain is incurable. Because your iniquity is great and your sins are numerous, I have done these things to you. (16) Therefore all who devour you shall be devoured; and all your adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and those who plunder you shall be for plunder, and all who prey upon you I will give for prey. (17) For I will restore you to health and I will heal you of your wounds,’ declares YHVH, because they have called you an outcast, saying: “It is Zion: no one cares for her (or as the Septuagint (LXX) version reads: ‘whom no revisits’).”’  This tells us that only a few from the house of Israel go to Jerusalem to keep the Feast Days of Elohim kept by Judah as they used to. The reason for this is that Christianity teaches that it is no longer necessary to serve Elohim the way Judah does. In addition some called out believers have again chosen to do things their way, by keeping their Feasts according to calendars of their own design.

Jeremiah continues his prophecy in verses 18 – 21 of Jeremiah 30, saying: “Thus says YHVH, ‘Behold, I will restore the fortunes of the tents of Jacob and have compassion on his dwelling places; and the city shall be rebuilt on its ruin, and the palace shall stand on its rightful place. (19) And from them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of those who make merry; and I will multiply them, and they shall not be diminished; I will also honor them, and they shall not be insignificant. (20) Their children also shall be as formerly, and their congregation shall be established before Me; and I will punish all their oppressors. (21) And their leader shall be one of them, and their ruler shall come forth from their midst; and I will bring him near, and he shall approach Me; for who would dare to risk his life to approach Me?’ declares YHVH.’  After the coming tribulation, YHVH will ensure that our leaders are fellow Israelites, not children of foreigners. We will no longer deify people who do not have our goodwill at heart. We read accordingly from Ezekiel 20: 29 – 33, “Then I said to them, ‘What is the high place to which you go?’ So its name is called Bamah to this day.’” (The word ‘Bamah’ used here refers to a place of worship or a dignitary holding a position of high rank – such as the President of a country, but the name could also hint at the name of a leader during which time Jacob’s trouble will commence, similar to how YHVH showed Daniel that King Cyrus will allow Judah to rebuilt Jerusalem and the Temple in Ezra and Nehemiah’s time). (30) Therefore, say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus says YHVH Elohim, “Will you defile yourselves after the manner of your fathers and play the harlot after their detestable things? (31) And when you offer your gifts, when you cause your sons to pass through the fire, you are defiling yourselves with all your idols to this day. And shall I be inquired of by you, O house of Israel? As I live,” declares YHVH Elohim, “I will not be inquired of by you. (32) And what comes into your mind will not come about, when you say: ‘We will be like the nations, like the tribes of the lands, serving wood and stone.’ (33) “As I live,” declares YHVH Elohim, “surely with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm (meaning with Yahshua) and with wrath poured out, I shall be king over you.” This section is specifically talking to Ephraim (the British Commonwealth) and Manasseh (the United States of America). Even though there are some of the leaders amongst the people whom YHVH is calling to come out of the false religions of the world, who insist that the USA is the latter day Babylon, we know this to be untrue. But, we are aware that USA is Manasseh, one of the two sons of Joseph – the British Commonwealth being Ephraim Joseph’s second son. Ephraim is also the collective name of all the Israelite nations of today, namely France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Scotland, Ireland and Switzerland, including the British Commonwealth and America.

Resuming in Jeremiah 30: 20, we see that ultimately we will again be Elohim’s people and He will be our Elohim, but, it is going to go a great deal worse with modern day Israel, before Messiah’s return to rule the commonwealth of Israel as the kingdom of Elohim on earth, as Jeremiah warns in verses 23 & 24 of Jeremiah 30, saying: ‘Behold, the tempest (or storm) of YHVH! Wrath has gone forth, a sweeping tempest; it will burst on the head of the wicked. (24) The fierce anger of YHVH will not turn back, until He has performed, and until He has accomplished the intent of His heart; in the latter days you will understand this.’ Are you beginning to understand what is busy playing out before our very eyes?  Brethren, I pray that YHVH will open the minds of our people to His truths so that they will be able to repent, before it will be too late! YHVH says in verses 1 & 2 of Jeremiah 31, “At that time, declares YHVH, “I will be the Elohim of all the families of Israel (Jews and Ephraimites including Gentiles who became Israelites through their faith in Yahshua our Messiah), and they shall be My people.” (2) Thus says YHVH, “The people who survived the sword (World War III) found grace in the wilderness— Israel, when it went to find its rest.”  In verses 3 – 6 YHVH again assures us that He will rebuild the united Israel, as follows: ‘YHVH appeared to him from afar, saying, “I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have drawn you with loving-kindness. (4) Again I will build you, and you shall be rebuilt, O virgin of Israel! Again you shall take up your tambourines, and go forth to the dances of the merrymakers. (5) Again you shall plant vineyards on the hills of Samaria (part of the area under dispute today – the West Bank); the planters shall plant and shall enjoy them. (6) For there shall be a day when watchmen (Nazarene or Notsrim) on the hills of Ephraim shall call out, ‘Arise, and let us go up to Zion, to YHVH our Elohim.’”  Watchmen – Nazarene believers in YHVH, who are Torah observant, will receive their portion of the Promised Land, because of their yearning for the coming time of comfort, saying: ‘let us go up to Zion.’ The mountains of Samaria mentioned are the same mountains where ancient Israel lived before their captivity. The fact that all the tribes will again be called Zion means that they will have returned to obey the same Torah that Judah is obeying for the past 2500 years and will be back in the Promised Land.

YHVH tells us about this in verse 7 & 8 of Jeremiah 31, saying:  “Sing aloud with gladness for Jacob, and shout among the chiefs of the nations; proclaim, give praise, and say, ‘O YHVH, save Thy people, the remnant of Israel.’ (8) Behold, I am bringing them from the north country and I will gather them from the remote parts of the earth, among them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and she who is in labor with child, together; a great company, they shall return here.” The words ‘bringing them’ in the present tense indicates that it will happen suddenly. The North Country, including the ends of the earth is where the Israelites were dispersed into during their captivity. The blind mentioned here are those who used to be blinded to the truth, but also the physically blind and lame, as YHVH is a merciful Elohim. We read from verse 9, YHVH saying:  “With weeping they shall come, and by supplication I will lead them; I will make them walk by streams of waters, on a straight path in which they shall not stumble; for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is My first-born.” YHVH will again give us favor with the nations from where we will return and they will give us gifts similar to the way in which the Egyptians gave the Israelites before they left Egypt, as witnessed in Exodus 12: 35 & 36, in this way: ‘Now the sons of Israel had done according to the word of Moses, for they had requested from the Egyptians articles of silver and articles of gold, and clothing; (36) and YHVH had given the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they let them have their request. Thus they plundered the Egyptians.’ YHVH will lead us in a straight path, where there will not be an opportunity to stumble (physically and spiritually). YHVH calls Ephraim His first-born, but we who are returning at this time are also His first-fruits, together with the Torah observant members of the house of Judah.

We continue reading from verses 10 & 11 of Jeremiah 31, as follows: ‘Hear the word of YHVH, O nations, and declare in the coastlands afar off, and say, “He who scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him as a shepherd keeps his flock.” (11) For YHVH has ransomed Jacob, and redeemed him from the hand of him who was stronger than he.’  YHVH wants the nations to know that He who scattered us will again gather us. He will gather us as a shepherd and He already bought us (Jacob) back from Esau – Roman Christianity who was stronger than us. Verse 12 states clearly: ‘And they shall come and shout for joy on the height of Zion (in this case the Promised Land), and they shall be radiant over the bounty of YHVH— Over the grain, and the new wine, and the oil, and over the young of the flock and the herd; and their life shall be like a watered garden, and they shall never languish again.’ YHVH will ensure that those flesh and blood Israelites who survive into the Millennium, will never again suffer in any way. We read accordingly from verses 13 & 14: “Then the virgin (the congregation of Israel) shall rejoice in the dance, and the young men and the old together, for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and give them joy for their sorrow. (14) And I will fill the soul of the priests with abundance, and My people shall be satisfied with My goodness,” declares YHVH.’  The people will faithfully share their wealth with the Priests and there will be more than enough in the house of YHVH during the millennium.

Esau has kept Jacob’s children in bondage for more than 1800 years and Rav Shaul being aware of it wrote to those of the dispersed in Rome at the time, in Romans 9: 9 – 13, saying: ‘For this is a word of promise: “AT THIS TIME I WILL COME, AND SARAH SHALL HAVE A SON.” (10) And not only this, but there was Rebekah also, when she had conceived twins by one man, our Father Isaac; (11) for though the twins were not yet born, and had not done anything good or bad, in order that Elohim’s purpose according to His choice might stand, not because of works, but because of Him who calls, (12) it was said to her, “THE OLDER WILL SERVE THE YOUNGER.” (13) Just as it is written, “JACOB I LOVED, BUT ESAU I HATED.” Verse 10 narrows the scope of the promise down further, dividing between the twins, stating that only one of them was considered Abraham’s true seed. Verse 13 is quoted from Malachi 1: 2 – 4, where YHVH says through Malachi: ‘I have loved you’, says YHVH. But you say, “How hast Thou loved us?” “Was not Esau Jacob’s brother?” declares YHVH. “Yet I have loved Jacob; (3) but I have hated Esau, and I have made his mountains a desolation, and appointed his inheritance for the jackals of the wilderness.” (4) Though Edom says, “We have been beaten down, but we will return and build up the ruins”; thus says YHVH of hosts, “They may build, but I will tear down; and men will call them the wicked territory, and the people toward whom YHVH is indignant forever.’ The Roman Church has been misleading (YHVH)’s people from the start and this is why He will ultimately destroy it before Messiah’s return. Continuing in verses 14 of Romans 9, Rav Shaul wrote: ‘What shall we say then? There is no injustice with Elohim, is there? May it never be!’ He answers the question in verses 15 – 18, as follows: ‘For He says to Moses, “I WILL HAVE MERCY ON WHOM I HAVE MERCY, AND I WILL HAVE COMPASSION ON WHOM I HAVE COMPASSION.” (16)  So then it does not depend on the man who wills or the man who runs, but on Elohim who has mercy. (17) For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, “FOR THIS VERY PURPOSE I RAISED YOU UP, TO DEMONSTRATE MY POWER IN YOU, AND THAT MY NAME MIGHT BE PROCLAIMED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE EARTH.” (An antagonist was needed to highlight the real life drama of what happened to Israel in Egypt, so that (YHVH)’s acts would stand out vividly and would be impressive enough to be published widely – so He raised-up Pharaoh for His purpose) (18) So then He has mercy on whom He desires, and He hardens whom He desires.’ After people have made choices to ignore YHVH as Pharaoh did, He ensured the continued hardening of their hearts, so that if they have a change of heart after being given all truth during the second resurrection, they will be saved. The words ‘depends on’ in verse 16 shows that Elohim’s calling is not within the reach of everyone, but only the ones to whom YHVH grants favor at this time. The fact that YHVH does not give everyone an equal opportunity at this time sounds grossly unfair to our modern minds, but YHVH is not calling everyone at this time as Yahshua explained in Matthew 13: 11, 12 & 19, in this way: ‘And He answered and said to them, “To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted. (12) For whoever has, to him shall more be given, and he shall have an abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has shall be taken away from him. (19) When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what has been sown in his heart. This is the one on whom seed was sown beside the road.’

He is presently calling the first-fruits of His harvest and will after the second resurrection open the Scriptures to the minds of the rest of Mankind, at which time the knees of everyone who ever lived will bow before Yahshua. Those who won’t bow the knee after having been given all knowledge, will be burnt to become ashes under the feet of the righteous, as explained in Malachi 4: 1 – 3, ‘For behold, the day is coming (after the great white throne judgment as per Revelation 20: 14 & 15), burning like a furnace; and all the arrogant and every evildoer will be chaff; and the day that is coming will set them ablaze’, says YHVH of hosts, “so that it will leave them neither root nor branch (they will be consumed by fire – not burn forever).” (2) But for you who fear My name the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings; and you will go forth and skip about like calves from the stall. (3) And you will tread down the wicked, for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day which I am preparing, says YHVH of hosts.’ Rav Shaul continues his questioning and answering technique in verse 19 – 24 of Romans 9, saying specifically in verse 19:  ‘You will say to me then, “Why does He still find fault? For who resists His will?”  The point is, if YHVH wanted it to turn out that way, then how can He still punish Pharaoh for doing what He wanted done anyway? If everything that ends up taking place as a result of His predetermination, how can anyone be considered guilty? This is all according to (YHVH)’s plan of salvation for most of mankind. But, because He is at this time only calling His first fruits, those called during this age are given knowledge to enable them to be born-again as spiritual children of Elohim (similar to the way Yahshua was born-again as the Son of Elohim by the resurrection from the dead, as we are told in Romans 1: 4), provided they qualify.

The rest including Pharaoh will be given their opportunity as explained in Isaiah 25: 7 – 9, as follows: ‘And on this mountain He will swallow up the covering which is over all peoples, even the veil which is stretched over all nations. (8) He will swallow up death for all time, and YHVH Elohim will wipe tears away from all faces, and He will remove the reproach of His people from all the earth; for YHVH has spoken. (9) And it will be said in that day, “Behold, this is our Elohim for whom we have waited that He might save us. This is YHVH for whom we have waited; let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.”’  But before we continue, we need to show those who believe that only those whom YHVH calls out of the churches of the world will make it into the kingdom as kings and priests under Yahshua, that they are wrong. As mentioned earlier YHVH has blinded the minds of our Jewish Brothers at this time, so that those of us whom He is calling during this age through Messiah can come in and until the fullness of the Gentiles (meaning those of us who believed we are Gentiles and a number of real Gentiles) have come in, then all Israel (including Torah observant members of the house of Judah) will be saved, as may be read from Romans 11: 25 – 27.  We are given the reason for this in Romans 11: 28 & 32, as follows: ‘From the standpoint of the gospel they (Judah) are enemies for your sake, but from the standpoint of Elohim’s choice they are beloved for the sake of the fathers. (32) For Elohim has shut up all in disobedience that He might show mercy to all.’  When will those Jews who remain faithful to Torah be saved? We find the answer in Zechariah 12: 7 – 10 when Messiah comes to rule the world from Jerusalem on Yom Teruah or Rosh Hashanah one day, in this way: ‘YHVH also will save the tents of Judah first in order that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem may not be magnified above Judah. (8) In that day YHVH will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and the one who is feeble among them in that day will be like David, and the house of David will be like Elohim, like the angel of YHVH before them. (9) And it will come about in that day that I will set about to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. (10) And I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace (it is by grace that we are saved, meaning that at this time YHVH will save our Jewish Brother) and of supplication, so that they will look on Me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him, like the bitter weeping over a first-born.’ This is perhaps why He told the Pharisees when they ask Him why He was sitting at table with the tax-gatherers and sinners in Matthew 9: 12, saying: “It is not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick.” This is also why He told the Canaanite woman who asked Him to heal her demon-possessed daughter in Matthew 15: 23, saying in verse 24: ‘I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.’

At this point Rav Shaul informs us why YHVH has blinded the minds of some in accordance with his plan of salvation, saying in Romans 9: 23 – 26: ‘And He did so in order that He might make known the riches of His glory upon vessels of mercy, which He prepared beforehand for glory, (24) even us, whom He also called, not from among Jews only, but also from among the Gentiles. (The word Gentiles often refers to the lost ten tribes of Israel, since they were still considered to have some Israelite blood running through their veins, despite having been mixed into the nations – but until Messiah’s return they will not be considered to be fully part of Israel by brother Judah.) (25)  As He says also in Hosea, “I WILL CALL THOSE WHO WERE NOT MY PEOPLE, ‘MY PEOPLE,’ AND HER WHO WAS NOT BELOVED, ‘BELOVED.’” (26) “AND IT SHALL BE THAT IN THE PLACE WHERE IT WAS SAID TO THEM, ‘YOU ARE NOT MY PEOPLE,’ THERE THEY SHALL BE CALLED SONS OF THE LIVING ELOHIM.” The prophecies of Isaiah quoted by Rav Shaul were specifically directed at the house of Israel.  They were not those who never knew YHVH, but those whose ancestors had once been His people, but who were scattered into the nations of the world, because of idolatry. It is because YHVH chose Ephraim as His first born and promised many times through the Prophets to bring their descendants back to Himself, that He is calling them at this time. The remnant of Israel will be composed of those called out of the world who qualifies, plus a remnant of the house of Judah who remain Torah observant to the end.  At this point Rav Shaul wants us to realize the importance of what he taught so far, saying in verse 29 – 30: ‘And just as Isaiah foretold, “EXCEPT YHVH SABAOTH HAD LEFT TO US A POSTERITY, WE WOULD HAVE BECOME AS SODOM, AND WOULD HAVE RESEMBLED GOMORRAH.” (The posterity or seed spoken about here is the same seed mentioned in Galatians 3: 16, namely Yahshua.) (30) ‘What shall we say then? That Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, attained righteousness, even the righteousness which is by faith.’  The words ‘did not pursue righteousness’ shows that the lost ten tribes did not seek righteousness, but because of  the promises YHVH made to our fathers in the faith, He called us back into the commonwealth of Israel, and as it has plays out, the calling is often against the will of the individuals called. But having once been Israel they still had an obligation to YHVH, which their parents promised at Mount Sinai. The word ‘attained’ therefore means that they almost stumbled upon it, overtaken by faith – trusting the fact that Yahshua had paid the way for those who had not been fulfilling their part of the covenant with YHVH all along.

To conclude, we read from Romans 9: 31 – 33, as follows: ‘But Israel, pursuing a law of righteousness, did not arrive at that law (Rav Shaul used the name Israel here in the same way most people are using it today – meaning mostly the tribes of Judah, Benjamin and Levi). (32) Why? Because they did not pursue it by faith, but as though it were by works. They stumbled over the stumbling stone, (33) just as it is written, “BEHOLD, I LAY IN ZION A STONE OF STUMBLING AND A ROCK OF OFFENSE, AND HE WHO BELIEVES IN HIM WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED.” YHVH is saying here that He placed in Zion a stone, a rock that hinders or obstructs and make His people stumble.  The fact that the stone of stumbling, the rock of offense Yahshua (a Jew), made the house of Judah and most of the house of Israel stumble, tells us that it did not make them fall. Those of us who understand that Yahshua is the visible image of the invisible Elohim (as per Colossians 1: 15), like Jacob did when he wrestled with ‘the angel’ before the ford of Jabbok and came to realize that he wrestled with YHVH in the flesh (as witnessed in Hosea 12: 3 - 5[1]), do not stumble over the Rock of our salvation at this time and are therefore already a kingdom of priests, as Rav Yochanan wrote in Revelation 1: 5 & 6, saying: ‘And from Yahshua Messiah, the faithful witness, the first-born of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loves us, and released us from our sins by His blood, (6) and He has made us to be a kingdom, priests to His Elohim and Father; to Him be the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amein.’  Brother Judah will stop stumbling when Messiah returns on Yom Teruah and so will those who survive into the millennial rule of Messiah and the rest of mankind after the great white throne judgment, thereby ensuring Elohim’s desire to save all mankind as mentioned in I Timothy 2: 4. Bless the name of YHVH for revealing His truths to us at this time. Halleluyah!

[1] Hosea 12: 3 – 5: ‘In the womb he took his brother by the heel, and in his maturity he contended with Elohim. Yes, he wrestled with the angel and prevailed; he wept and sought His favor. He found Him at Bethel, and there He spoke with us, even YHVH, the Elohim of hosts; YHVH is His name.’
